Crafted for the heart of winter, this Yule Witch’s Wreath is a celebration of wild magic and quiet devotion. Each piece is hand-made with intention, blending ethically sourced bones, natural textures, and symbolic charms into a wreath that feels both ancient and newly awakened.

The centrepiece of this wreath is an ethically sourced roe deer antler, chosen for its deep connection to strength and seasonal transformation. Deer energy is traditionally linked to gentleness combined with fierce intuition , the ability to navigate darkness with grace. The additional bones woven through the wreath are respectfully sourced, carrying threads of protection and ancestral grounding.

Holly berries nestle among the collage, a classic Yule symbol of vitality and winter resilience. Holly has long been used by witches as a ward, its bright berries and evergreen leaves believed to keep malevolent spirits at bay and invite good fortune into the home.

A small golden key — a charm loaded with symbolism. Keys have always represented access and agency: the power to open paths, close what no longer serves, and unlock inner wisdom. In midwinter, when the veil of introspection is at its thickest, the key becomes a reminder that renewal and opportunity wait on the other side of the cold season.

This wreath carries a gentle protective hum, making it perfect for hanging on an altar, at a doorway, or within a magical working space. It brings together old-world folk craft with modern witchcraft, honouring Yule’s themes of endurance, rebirth, and returning light.

A touch of history…

Winter wreaths trace back to ancient ritual circles made from evergreen boughs — symbols of life that refused to fade. Over time, witches and folk practitioners began adorning them with charms, bones, berries, and tools to create protective talismans. This wreath follows in that tradition, weaving resilience, magic, and intention into a single winter offering.

A small guardian for your home during the longest nights of the year.
